one question u may ask, how do i like London?

my answer will always be, i love KL more than London.

Can't believe? That's very true. We have a beautiful KL and the weather suit our asian skin and our foods are so marvelous..

have u heard "hujan batu dinegeri sendiri" phrase? I love batu rather than emas definitely.

Last day at Moffat, Scotland

Today will be our last day at Moffat.. we will be checking out from this Maple Cottage tommorow and will drive down to Nottingham and then to London.

Last few days full of sight seeing..

We managed to see and play with snow on our third day at Penrith.

Then to see biggest castle in Scotland in Edinburgh..

Then to old castle, Caerleverock castle in Dumfries.

Then shopping and visit St James Stadium at New Castle..

Then shopping again at Dumfries..

The weather here is quite warm compared to the first day we're here.. at last adik managed to fight the cold weather and enjoyed his day at at Caerleverock Castle..

From there on baru lah dia berani to be out and enjoy the weather..

Tommorow we will be drive down to Nottingham and will be staying day most probably for two night, and then drive again to London before we flight back to KL.

So, that all for now, will be write again later maybe from Nottingham.

The Year End Gathering

We were at Teluk Chemp*dak last weekend with the Rawang Clan. Ammar actually had his Parents/Teachers Day cum The school Open Day but we can't make it as we need to depart as early as 9 am and the Open Day only started at 12 noon. Damn. I dont like the redundant, but never mind la.I will go see the teacher one of the day this week. We reach Tembelin* Resort Pahang at almost 2 pm.



The place is close to Pantai Teluk Cempedak, the land mark is the pahang golf club. The resort is build on top of the hill. Very huge resort with huge swimming pool, very nice screnery of sea, very nice room. Higly recomend. They also got tennis courts. I wish we can another day there and can play tennis on top of the hill with sea view. Sungguh best. One day we definitely will come here again.


The husband booked 3 rooms apartment that cost only rm400++. The unit is very nice and neat and clean. With full facilites like astro, washing machine, bathroom with bath tup (i love bath tub..hihi..)very neat and clean kitchen. Sume best lah..


We started our day with of course swimming pool. They got shallow part for children below 4, they got kids pool with slide, they got huge adult pool and more the got separate jakuzzi pool.. Sungguh rugi of me because i am having my RED FLAG! *sigh*

After pool, late in the evening we had our beach walk. FYI, Teluk Chempedak is not kinda beach yang boleh mandi pun, but the scene is very nice and quite clean compared to PD. After sun set, we had our dinner at one of the seafood stall. The food was just so so. Tersalah pilih gerai agaknyer. Tak pe la marked out that gerai. After we settle for beds, that 5 siblings, went for a karaoke session, kasi can la mereka adik beradik having fun. Bila lagik. Me, just stay at the apartment with the kids, 'bermesra' dengan my MR BRANSON.. bila la nak abis..hehehe..


The next morning MIL, repeat the beach walk, me and hubby keluar dating and having breakfast at Kemaman Coffee house. It was a nice coffee house, nice roti bakar and very nice coffee ( said hubby la, i am not coffee person..)But i like the ID and ambience. Very old style. Very nice compared to other coffee house ala2 old town yg ada byk kat KL ni.. I like the Kemaman Coffee House more.

While we are away, the kids having their second round pool time. Down below the hill is a mini zoo. Although the admission is free, but the zoo is quite well maintained. They got bear, ostrich, pak memerang, iguana and mr poney for a ride. There are also stalls selling hot friend sotong celup tepung, udang celup tepung.. so we had our lite lunch here.


Upon checking out we drop by at Kuala Semantan, Temerloh for a tea. What they got here is a river bank and a very nice roti canai. Lepas pekena teh tarik, kopi tarik, kami ke rumah Mukri, for freshen up our self, taking bath and nap. Here we had lite dinner with Pahang infamous sata and otak2.. The sata is very nice..


Lepas dah rehat2, we head back to KL somewhere around 9 pm. Hubby shoot to KL non stop and manage to be home around around eleven something.

Sungguh letih but very happy.

Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir dan Batin

We started our long holiday earlier as planned by taking emergency leave on thursday ..hihi. We actually had a plan to have a big iftar, this time on husband of course.

This time we chose The L/e/g/e/n/d

Review,

Foodwise sume sedap, they got dedicated beriyani stall with all the beriyani suchs.
My favourite are their mussels with chease, butter crabs and their rosted lamb of course.
The boys had sate for sure, Abang Kecik fallen asleep after two cucuks of sate, left me joyously with the food.
One more thing that make that iftar was my best, was the timing , where everybody already heading to kampung, so the buffet hall quite calm, not so crowded, so people the are more rileks and we enjoyed the food untill 9 pm.

But Food choices was lesser than P/O/G/H. P/O/G/H had more options with more stalls, but forsure, POGH buffet was a bit more expensive.

L/e/g/e/n/d had quite un convinient prayer hall, up to level 13 instead of the buffet hall at level 9
and prayer hall quite small, its just a hotel room converted to prayer hall, so just imagine the mess and the wet floor at the bothroom for wuduk.

The next day was the last Ramadhan and also Ammar Birthday. He turn 5 this year. Overall, Ammar is a good boy. Susah nak jaga masa kecik, but become more and more easier bila dah besar. He not the type yg hyper. He's more to cling child. Suka meleseh. I can't say "jangan" to him, but i have to say " if you do that..". He love explaination. If i explain the thing that he cannot do nicely together with example, he will remember it like forever. I can drag him anywhere i go, he never throw a tantrum, at the malls or at any occassions. He's more like a friend to me. Sometimes I feel like i need him more than he needs me..

So, this cake specially ordered for my dear son, babah offered himself to fetch the cake all the way to Keramat from www.happycakes.blogspot.com. Actually there's reason that i ordered this cake for his special day. I once order one cake from them for Ayong engagement. Unfortunately i forget to order extra for my sons or also for my own taste bud. The result ammar had a bad mood all along the engagement ceremony because he want so much one of the cake i ordered. I feel so bad about that. So here are them, customized specially for him with his fav superhero.



He definitely love them all. We had them pagi raya, after sembahyang raya, when everybody together. Looking at his happy face, i feel bless. The guilty feeling during Ayong ceremony , disappear.

Merdeka

most blog i visited this week have this entry lah..so, should write about it also lah it seems..

So, being so patriotic this year, we ( me and kids and mak lang) had went to the parade!

Woke up early in the morning, we took LRT to Dataran, double date with asmira's family, the outing is 'a must do next year'...!

The crowd is acceptable, i managed to squeezed into LRT, and than one kind of gentleman give me and the kids a seat ( we got a good gentleman here? in KL? wow! i never known one.. rasa macam nak bg no handphone gitu ...muhahahaha..).

Okey back to parade, we reach there quite late, but later when the parade almost half way, we manage to park at a nice shading spot. Asmira siap bukak bekal okey, while adik deeply tido atas katil tuan puteri aqila, siap dengan kipas ala2 first class coach.. mak dia pun sempat layan the parade.!

Habis parade, we gone home. Later late in the evening, i just plan to bring the kids to pasar malam, but suddenly terlajak sampai ke floria putrajaya. We reached there almost maghrib, so with the sun set ambiance, the very nice flower arranged at the river/ tasik bank..with the lighting.. very nice la.. terasa macam dia vanice, and tetiba rasa macam nak bercinta boleh?...

So, abis pusing2 floria, we went to pasar malam/ pasar tani. Okey lah. Not much food options, tapi okey la.. makanan yg dibelikan quite sedap. Boleh repeat visit, kalau mak lang nak layan lagi.. hehehehe..

So, end of story. Happy Merdeka everybody! I love my country!

Small city that we love.

We've been travel to south again last weekend, this time to Melaka.

I love Melaka. A small clean city, not so crowded, the road not so jammed, lots of attractions, the old buildings nicely re-paint, the new buildings and the city well plan developed. Although sometimes u need to take the small, narrow road between the buildings, you ll hardly see any rubbish area or unpleasant scene.

Actually we just came here somewhere end of July, with my brothers family. This time we came again with Rawang clan for our family trip.

We booked one serviced apartment near Klebang beach. The apartment seem quite old, at first i kind of regret booking this apartment, but it was indeed the only apartment with 3 bedrooms available for that date. Despite the building is old and quite far from the beach, the apartment is indeed spacious, the balcony is facing the sea, its windy, and we can use the pool all by ourself. So, kira okey la. Its seems that everybody was happy and we managed drag my BIL at Peringgit to drive us AGAIN, to Crystal Bay for another trip of delicious and fresh ikan bakar and such.

The whole trip was fun. We bring the clan to one new textile outlet which fully packed with the crowd before we head to home.

On the way back to Rawang we stopped by the road of Putrajaya for fireworks.

With that we end our holiday, happily. Until our next trip.

I never like JB really, during my college years i always asked my johoreans friends, what johor best known as? most of them will answer, johor is near to singap*re..

So, I conclude, nothing interesting there.

When i started work here, i have plenty of chance to visit johore, for me driving to south is bored, and when i reach johor, its more and more boredom. Nothing, really..

So, when babah have works at JB, usually i didnt follow. But last time, i made a decision to come along and add a visit to singapo*e to make our trip more fun.

So, if you asked how's Singap*re from my short visit?

Its also nothing.

We got almost everything that we got here in KL. And ours is far better than theirs.

So,I conclude Singap*re also included in 'don't-go' list. Just behind the JB.. hehe..

Half of the cinema full fill by parents taking half day or in my case mc (hehehe..) just to company their kids. But i believed parents yg lebey..hihi..

And we both get it yesterday. Yeay!

Nasi Minyak + Cruise + Reading Weekend.

We had double nasi minyak treats last weekend, from kenduri at jiran sebelah rumah MIL on saturday to rumah kawan babah at kuala lipis on sunday.

These two boy loves any type flavoured rices including those nasi beriani and minyak..

After almost three hours sleep along the way from rawang to kuala lipis, they are so energetic and hungry that they ate alot and play happily at the kenduri despite the hot weather.

On the way home sempat singgah ke Min*es for boat cruising and watching the sun set. Sorry about the picture, this is the only acceptable picture, as the rest of them, mummy nampak sungguh 'besar' selepas 2 hari makan all those nasi ber minyak sapi..

the ride was fun, although we only take a short journey trip, it was enough for a mind ease after a hectic month.

Apart from the cruise, mummy will have a great company for couples of weekends ahead.

So, for atleast another two coming weekends, babah won't hear me complaining about holiday or what not.. as im all contented with this four readings.

fun in the sun

While everybody joint the crowd of 14k people of u/e/m family gathering at sunway lagoon, we park a little bit up to north, to bukit merah for a hassle free splashing day.

The result, of course more fun. As though, its was only us there.

They Are Brothers.

Yes, i am working today, despite a long long weekends, we didnt have any special holiday as babah just come back from a long long working outstation days. So, i think he need rest rather than another hours travelling... what a kind wife am i rite?

Finally, his bussiest time over. What a relief for us..


So, last saturday, our last day alone without babah, we had a good plan to spend time, (except adik, he need to sacrifice, go to nursery so that me n abang had a good time, sian dia.)


Abang had his swimming class in the morning till 10 am. After class, we go watch this,

Its so worth it, the first movie ammar watch with full concentration from begin to the end. Very nice graphic, that i my self will go wow!, very simple and easy for kids to understand.

Only three or four row seat was full, all of them occupied with parents and kids about ammar age yet its still fun. I bet other parents enjoy the movie too.

Never went for kids movie before? You should give a try friends, it's not the same we go watch love movie with boyfriend, u knoe. The cinema will turn to a nursery mood, with kids running here n there, laughing to the jokes, and do the action as in the big screen. Very funny.

As a reward for adik, who is still energetic when we fetch him from nursery, we bring him jalan2 to jusco. They both had a great time running here and there, had an hair cut at barbers, get our dinner pack and home restless but happy.

Alas, nothing is more fun when we see our kids is having fun.

That's is priceless.

Being the F1 virgin of us, this year we manage to steal a precious time joining the world crowd to see this speeding machine..







Actually, its really not my interest lah. In hot wheater, scretching sound that can make yr ear wax melt, i guest that will be my first and last. hihi..

I prefer to be in an aircondition building with hanging banner saying 'SALE' and the sound of cash register..haha

Anyway, thank you honey for bringing us there. I know its been ages for us to wait for the right time to be there. So we did it. And that's it.

Langkawi Trip

5 years ago we went for our first honeymoon.

Last month we come back, with two kids that tailed along.

Instead of the cable car and new idam*n s*uri outlet, nothing much changed.

But the fun and happiness was double, with the two boys.

Until another next 5 years, we'll come here again. Toodles Langkawi.

New Year GateAway

We celebrated our Raya Qurban cum New Year Eve here, a cool, serene and peaceful place.

very relaxing and refreshing. Should come again, sometimes..

Sepetang di pengkalan Balak. On our way to open houses at Melaka, we drop here for a while. As far as i can remember this is his first request to play with the wave and sand. Although not his first time playing at beach, this is the first time i saw him enjoy running here and there chasing the calm waves.

Cool refreshing weekend.

Our department had another BBQ picnic again this year, at the same place.
Sg Chongkak is a great place for sneak out from bz and hectic life of KL people. Very near from KL city. The river still very clear and clean. Suitable for kids.

We had a great time there. With great food. Nice weather. Great friends. Semua great lah! Can't wait for another round of gathering. Bila nak BBQ di tepi sungai lagi eh? can't wait for next year lah.

Sandy Weekend.

Last two weeks babah not around, As usual, we (the boys and mak lang) had our usual hang out at Ju*co nearby.

Ammar had his first time sand art. How he do it? very slow and steady. Carefully scoop the sand with the spatula. Making sure his finger didnt touch any single of the sand. Very leceh la this boy, end up mummy take the spoon and pour the sand quickly and tada!.. dah siap. but sorry lah didnt take the complete colored paper (its spiderman!).. later lah went had time mummy snap the sandy spiderman pictures which is now been guarded our fridge.
